Mr. Predictable

I am a Knick fan. We are a family. If family members went around nitpicking and demanding perfection of everyone but themselves, that’s an uncomfortable living environment. Yes we want the best for each other but there must also be respect and trust and for a loss of words, professionalism. In our Knick Family dynamic, we fans play the supporting members, our players play the talented members, our trainers and support staff play the knowledgeable members and the coach is the big bro/big sister that’s been there and takes the time to make the talent in the family, better. We really need that Big Bro/ Sis to make us better… Family business is a unique business because you can fire or replace an employee but family is forever. Family, is there through mental illness. Family, is there through addiction.  Family, is there through up and downs, the have and have nots, the wins and the losses. We’re Family.

Family can also tell each the truth right…? Tommy your %%C#ING UP!!! Coaches got you figured out and they’re telling you who to put on the court!! They’re forcing your best team off the court and allowing the worst team to play. They’re predicting what you’re doing because you’re predictable. Two turnovers gets you benched as a starter. One turnover gets you bench as a benched as bench player. They’re keeping the team cold making us take the shots they want us to take. Tommy I need you pay more attention to game plan and not the game. Have a seat, rest your feet and stop showing your emotion on your face. Stop using the games a coaching opportunity and use them as what they are, a win or lose situation. There’s no room for moral wins and definitely no learning lessons. Tommy you’re not going to have a job if you keep this up. Tommy you’re the older sibling not the father and not the deciding factor. The Talent/ the Player is the deciding factor and has always been, you just got to figure out how to make them better.

Practically, Impatiently, Matter-of-factly yours,

Fanofa Knick.
